Custom/bespoke products are typically made to order and non-refundable unless defective or otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including designs, photos, text, graphics, branding and layouts — is owned or licensed by Erada Designs. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of our content is prohibited. You may not use our brand or logo without prior written permission.

If you submit project requirements, files, photos, or feedback you grant us a license to use that content solely to provide the Services. You confirm that any submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Payments
Payments must follow the schedule in the quotation or contract. Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Custom manufacturing may require partial or full advance payment as detailed in your contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erada Designs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or data. We are not responsible for losses arising from improper installation (if performed by third parties), misuse, or client alterations.
